Apparatus for mixing fluidizable powdery materials comprising a tank or silo for receiving the materials to be mixed, aeration units in the bottom of the tank that are below the materials of the tank to be mixed, said aeration units being arranged in sections contiguous, means for supplying gas separately to the aeration units of each section, means for supplying gas to the aeration units of at least one of said sections, in volume and pressure such that the fluidisation of the fluidizable powdery material is produced.
