Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schalungs- und Betonierungsvorrichtung zur serienmäßigen Herstellung von gleichgeformten Betonträgern und Platten, die nebeneinander und hintereinander auf einmal betoniert werden. Diese Sdhalungs- und Rüttlun@gsvorrichtung gemäß vorliegender Erfindung besteht z. B. aus einem sehr langen Tisch von etwa ioo m Länge und 3 m Breite. Dieser lange Tisch, der aus vielen nebeneinander und hintereinander gereihten Schalungsformen zusammengebaut ist, ist so konstruiert, daß an .der unteren Seite des Tisches eine Vielzahl kleiner Rüttelgeräte befestigt ist. Diese Vielzahl vo=n kleinen Preßluftrüttlern ist serienweise zu einzelnen Gruppen mittels besonderer Kollektoren zusammengefaßt. AlleKollektoren, die in der Querrichtung des. Tisches unterhalb des=selben angeordnet sind, fassen beispielsweise eine Serie von 2o bis 40 Rüttlern zusammen. Diese Querkollektoren sind an einem längs des Tisches verlaufenden Zuführungsrohr so angeschlossen, daß ein oder mehrere Querkollektoren mit den daran angeschlossenen Rüttelgeräten in Betriebgesetzt werden können. Auf die ganze Länge der Betonierungsvorrichtung werden z. B. 30 Querkollektoren mit Gruppen von jeweils 2o bis 4.o Preßluftrüttlern vorgesehen. Bei. der Betonierung braucht man nur mit einem Schlüssel die Ventile, die die Querkollektoren mit .dem Zuführungsrohr verbinden; zu öffnen, womit eine oder mehrere Rüttlergruppen in Tätigkeit gesetzt werden. Auf diese Weise braucht man nur an den Stellen der Sdhalungsvorrichtung,die Querkollektoren inTätigkeit zu setzen, über denen gerade der Beton eingebracht wird.
