Abstract
Procedimiento para la conversión de una base de citosina, en un ácido nucleico, a una base de uracilo, que comprende las etapas de a) incubar una solución que comprende el ácido nucleico, durante un período de tiempo de 1, 5 a 3, 5 horas, a una temperatura comprendida dentro de unos márgenes comprendidos entre 70 y 90°C, en donde, la concentración de bisulfito, en la solución, es de un valor comprendido dentro de unos márgenes situados entre 3 M y 6, 25 M, y en donde, el valor pH de la solución, es de un valor comprendido dentro de unos márgenes situados entre 5, 0 y 6, 0, en donde, el ácido nucleico, se desamina, y b) incubar la solución que comprende el ácido nucleico desaminado, bajo condiciones alcalinas, a cuyo efecto, el ácido nucleido desaminado, se desulfona.
