Abstract

MOLéCULAS DE ADAMTS4 MODIFICADAS, POLINUCLEOTìDEO, VETOR, PROCESSOS PARA PRODUçãO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, BEM COMO USO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se às proteínas ADAMTS4 modificadas que possuem maior estabilidade comparada à das proteínas não-modificadas nativas correspondente. As proteínas ADAMTS4 modificadas podem ser expressas e isoladas em grandes quantidades, permitindo assim uma caracterização adicional das proteínas, tais como estudos cristalográficos e de cinética enzimática. As proteínas estáveis purificas também facilitariam a produção de anticorpos antiADAMTS4 e o desenvolvimento de inibidores para as enzimas ADAMTS4.
