Abstract

Válvula de paso sanitaria, consistente en un cuerpo de válvula con dos elementos de mando configurados en forma de dos discos situados uno junto al otro, de los cuales el disco inferior está dispuesto de forma que no pueda girar y provisto con el o los orificios de entrada, que están empalmados por un lado al canal de introducción del cuerpo de válvula y por el otro lado están dirigidos hacia el disco superior, el cual está dispuesto de forma que pueda moverse sobre el disco inferior y presenta uno o varios orificios de paso, que pueden superponerse total o parcialmente con los orificios de entrada del disco inferior o bien pueden quedar cerrados mediante el disco inferior, que al igual que ocurre con el disco superior que está en conexión con el extremo inferior de un husillo, está sostenido en un casquillo, el cual forma conjuntamente con los discos y el husillo una unidad extraible del cuerpo de la válvula y presenta uno o varios orificios de salida que conducen hacia la salida del cuerpo de la válvula, estando dispuestos en un punto del trayecto del flujo entre los orificios de entrada en el disco inferior y los orificios de salida del casquillo, piezas empotradas para suavizar el flujo, caracterizada porque las piezas empotradas (14) están previstas en los orificios de paso (8) del disco (5) superior y porque se extienden en uno de sus extremos hasta las proximidades de las superficies de estanqueidad de los discos (4, 5) dispuestos uno encima del otro.
