Abstract

Molde para la fabricación de tapones inviolable estancos e imperdibles, de materia plástica del tipo que comprende un anillo de expulsión solidario de una plada soporte accionada por un pulsador, y un gusto, libre de deslizarse sobre el núcleo fijo susceptibles de arrastrar por su saliente el anillo sobre la altura A de un esconce de la placa de base, caracterizado porque por encima de una placa fija; provista de orificios para la guía del manguito y del anillo, y dispuesta por encima de una segunda placa, se prevé una placa de impresión provista de orificios que corresponden a los de la placa fija y accionada por un pulsador que atraviesa las placas fijas, la segunda placa y la placa de base hasta las proximidades del pedal de mando, situándose la placa soporte en posición de reposo a una distancia por debajo de la placa fija igual a A+B, siendo B la altura pie la falda del tapón, de suerte que cuando el anillo solidario con el manguito esculpido por la materia inyectada entre ellos es llevado a la posición de eyección bajo la acción del pulsador, el pulsado actúa sobre la placa de impresión para desprender la falda del tapón de la parte esculpida del manguito.
