SISTEMA PARA CONTROLAR LA COMPOSICION DEL AIRE EN UNA SALA DE ALMACENAMIENTO PARA PRODUCTOS VEGETALES CON RESPIRACION. LA SALA DE ALMACENAMIENTO ESTA CONECTADA A DISPOSITIVOS PARA CONTROLAR EL CONTENIDO DE OXIGENO DE LA ATMOSFERA DE LA SALA E INCLUYE UNO O MAS SENSORES PARA CAPTAR LA COMPOSICION DEL AIRE DE LA MISMA. SE DISPONE DE UN PROCESADOR QUE RECIBE LAS SEÑALES DEL SENSOR Y QUE SUMINISTRA A SU VEZ SEÑALES DE CONTROL A LOS DISPOSITIVOS QUE REGULAN EL CONTENIDO DE OXIGENO. ADEMAS, LA SALA DISPONE DE SENSORES PARA DETERMINAR LA PRODUCCION DE METABOLITOS EN LOS PRODUCTOS VEGETALES AL CAMBIAR DE LA RESPIRACION NORMAL A LA FERMENTACION.
