Abstract

Un procedimiento de tratamiento de la pulpa, es decir, de las suspensiones de fibras de la industrial del procesamiento del papel y de la madera, mediante el cual: - Pulpa de baja consistencia se lleva a un preespesador bajo condiciones presurizadas, - Se extrae líquido desde la pulpa en dicho preespesador esencialmente por medio del efecto de la presión de alimentación del pre-espesador, - Se permite que se forme una capa de pulpa espesada sobre la superficie del filtro, - Dicha capa de pulpa espesada se elimina por frotamiento de la superficie del filtro de dicho preespesador con un elemento limpiador y - La pulpa espesada y el filtrado se descargan desde dicho dispositivo, Caracterizado porque: - La capa de pulpa espesada se empuja por dicho elemento de limpieza a lo largo de la superficie del filtro hasta el extremo de descarga del dispositivo en una dirección prácticamente axial, - Al mismo tiempo, se permite que la pulpa esencialmente no espesada fluya a través del dispositivo desde el extremo de alimentación al extremo de descarga a través del espacio comprendido entre el elemento de limpieza y el eje del dispositivo y - Parte de dicho flujo de pulpa esencialmente no espesada se guía a la parte de la superficie del filtro siendo objeto de frotamiento por el elemento de limpieza.
