Abstract

Procedimiento de regulación de las tracciones/compresiones en un laminador de varias cajas que trabaja productos metálicos en caliente, caracterizado porque a partir de una situación inicial en que, con ocasión del paso de un producto por la diferentes cajas del tren, se memoriza, a título de referencia, el valor de par medido en cada caja atravesada por el producto en el momento en que este producto va a alcanzar la caja siguiente aguas abajo y mientras que la caja en la cual se efectúa la medición ha sido conmutada de regulación de velocidad a regulación de par, y porque la última caja en la cual ha entrado el producto actúa como caja piloto de velocidad frente a cualquier otra caja, situada aguas arriba, para permitir que ésta conserve un par igual a su par de referencia por una adaptación de su velocidad.
