Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE REGULAçãO DAS TRAçõES/COMPRESSõES EM UM LAMINADOR DE GAIOLAS MúLTIPLAS A QUENTE E SISTEMA DE COMANDO CORRESPONDENTE''<D>. O valor do torque de laminação é medido para cada gaiola (1~ 1~, 1~ 2~, 1~ i~, 1~ n~) atravessada por um produto metálico (B) no momento em que esse produto vai atingir a gaiola seguinte e quando a gaiola para o qual a medida é efetuada é comutada em regulação de torque. A última gaiola atingida pelo produto permanece em regulação de velocidade e age como gaiola piloto em relação a qualquer outra gaiola situada a montante, para permitir que essa última conserve um torque igual a seu torque de referência através de uma adaptação de sua velocidade. Quando as medidas de torque de referência foram memorizadas no sistema de comando (2, 3) a regulação é obtida por exploração de uma chave de repartição das tensões entre gaiolas.
