Abstract
Módulo sensor con un elemento sensor (12) sensible a la radiación, que suministra una señal de salida eléctrica dependiente de la radiación, un circuito para procesar la señal del sensor (13, 41a, 44a) que recibe la señal de salida del elemento sensor (12) y suministra una primera señal eléctrica dependiente de la radiación, un sistema de referencia (14, 15, 41b, 43, 44b) sensible a la temperatura, con un elemento sensor de la temperatura (14), que suministra una segunda señal eléctrica dependiente de la temperatura, y un sistema de enlace (16) para enlazar las dos señales eléctricas, caracterizado porque el circuito para procesar la señal del sensor (13, 41a, 44a), el sistema de referencia (14, 15, 41b, 43, 44b) y el sistema de enlace de señales (16) están realizados en un único chip (20, 21), el chip (20, 21) y el elemento sensor (12) están alojados en un cuerpo común (22, 62, 64), y el sistema de referencia presenta además un elemento reproductor de la curva característica (43) que reproduce la curva característica de la temperatura del elemento sensor mediante una función exponencial o una función potencial.
