Abstract
Tubo flexible de revestimiento para su utilización en la reconstrucción de conductos o tuberías enterrados, dañados, en particular de cloacas, que comprende unas capas (1, 2) interior y exterior de material de película de plástico, estanco a los líquidos y varias capas (3 - 7) intermedias sustancialmente uniformes dispuestas sucesivamente entre las capas (1, 2) interior y exterior y compuestas, al menos parcialmente, de un material fibroso impregnado con una resina endurecible, estando formada cada una de dichas capas intermedias a partir de una tira (13), que es sustancialmente incapaz de ser estirada en cualquier dirección y está doblada en un estado plano alrededor de una estructura de tubo flexible, incluyendo la capa (1) interior, en una forma intermedia cerrada de tubo flexible con bordes (27) longitudinales opuestos de la tira, que se extienden en una dirección sustancialmente paralela a la dirección longitudinal del tubo flexible de revestimiento y se solapan entre sí en una parte (8 - 12) de solapamiento sin juntura, no adherida, estando dispuestas todas las dichas estructuras intermedias de tubo flexible en el tubo flexible de revestimiento con sus zonas de solapamiento respectivas situadas con separación mutua en el mismo lado del tubo flexible de revestimiento en su estado plano, caracterizado porque cada una de dichas tiras (13) comprende una estructura laminada de primera y segunda subcapas (14, 15) adheridas, de las que dicha primera subcapa (14) comprende una red de hilos de fibra de vidrio sustancialmente a 90° de hilos (16, 17) planos entrecruzados de fibra de vidrio con orientaciones correspondientes a las direcciones longitudinal y transversal de la tira, mientras que dicha segunda subcapa comprende dicho material fibroso en forma de fibras, de las cuales una proporción (18) elevada está orientada en dicha dirección transversal de la tira (13) para proporcionar una rigidez circunferencial elevada al tubo flexible de revestimiento tras el endurecimiento, mientras que otra proporción (19) de las fibras está orientada en la dirección longitudinal de la tira (13) para proporcionar una resistencia a la tracción deseada en la dirección longitudinal del tubo flexible antes del endurecimiento de dicha resina endurecible.
