Abstract

FIADOR ABISAGRADO. Dos partes pivotantes (430, 440) de un producto están conectadas por un fiador abisagrado. El fiador abisagrado proporciona una sensación de salto elastico cuando las mitades del producto son cerradas o abiertas hasta un ángulo de funcionamiento. También permite la disposición de conductores y conectadores dentro de la bisagra. El diseño del fiador abisagrado permite además un fácil montaje segun el eje vertical y también que uno de una multiplicidad de ángulos de funcionamiento sea ajustado en fábrica. En fiadores de bisagra ajustables, un dias (520) o mecanismo similar puede ser hecho girar para ajustar y fijar el ángulo de funcionamiento deseado al que se abrirán las mitades del producto abisagradas. Elementos de posicionamiento (540) se desaplican de manera forzada de un conjunto de rebajos de ajuste (610) en la bisagra ajustable, luego son hechos girar a distintos rebajos (610) de ajuste de la bisagra y, finalmente, se les permite volver a aplicarse para regular la bisagra ajustable en los nuevos rebajos de ajuste. Este mecanismo permite que se seleccione una multitud de ángulos de funcinamiento. Cada vez que las partes del producto sean vueltas a abrir, lo harán automáticamente al ángulo seleccionado previamente. El fiador de bisagra ajustable puede ser utilizado, por ejemplo, para conectar dos mitades de un teclado en V, una pantalla a una base de ordenador portátil, dos componentes de auriculares plegables a dos piezas de un soporte ajustable.
