Abstract

Máquina de rectificar que comprende una estructura de soporte fijo, un grupo cabezal portamuelas (30), que lleva una muela abrasiva (28) y que se puede deslizar con respecto a la citada estructura en sentido perpendicular al eje de una pieza de trabajo, un dispositivo formado por cabezal (16) y contrapunta (20), montados sobre la estructura para hacer girar una pieza compuesta, montada entre los mismos, alrededor de dicho eje de la pieza, un soporte de trabajo (36), (38), (40), (42), que se puede deslizar y ajustar a lo largo de un miembro rígido alargado, por debajo del mismo, y que se extiende prácticamente en sentido paralelo al eje de la pieza de trabajo, unos medios de control informático programables para controlar el movimiento del cabezal portamuelas, la rotación de la pieza de trabajo y el enganche y desenganche del apoyo con una región cilíndrica de la pieza, unos medios de fijación (60), (64) para fijar el apoyo de trabajo en una posición axial, elegida a lo largo del miembro alargado, de modo que el apoyo este alineado con dicha región cilíndrica de la pieza, caracterizada por un dispositivo de recubrimiento (50), (52), (54), (56), (58), acoplable al apoyo en laterales opuestos del mismo, para mantener alejado de la superficie del miembro alargado, por deba]o, todo material no deseado, y evitar el movimiento lateral del apoyo de trabajo desde su posición elegida.
