Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A LA PRODUCCION DE PARTICULAS POLIMERICAS ACTIVADAS DE MONOMEROS DE VINILOS QUE SE CARACTERIZAN POR UNA GRANULOMETRIA ESTRECHA DE ACUERDO CON UN PROCEDIMIENTO ESPECIAL DE POLIMERIZACION MEDIANTE PRECIPITACION EN UN MEDIO ORGANICO POLAR, POSIBLEMENTE EN UN MEDIO ORGANICO POLAR MEZCLADO CON AGUA. ESTE MEDIO SE CARACTERIZA POR EL HECHO DE QUE ES UN BUEN DISOLVENTE PARA EL MONOMERO Y UN DISOLVENTE POBRE PARA EL POLIMERO. LA POLIMERIZACION SE PRODUCE CON UN PERFIL DE TEMPERATURA QUE INCREMENTA LA VELOCIDAD DE CONVERSION, REDUCE LA GRANULOMETRIA Y OBTIENE UNA DISTRIBUCION LONGITUDINAL EN CADENA ESPARCIDA. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO DE PRODUCCION DE PARTICULAS PRODUCE TAMBIEN UN GRADO INCREMENTADO DE LIBERTAD PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PARTICULAS CON CIERTO TAMAÑO DE PARTICULAS EN UN TIEMPO DE CONVERSION DETERMINADO. LAS PARTICULAS, QUE PUEDEN SER RETICULADAS, PUEDEN ACTIVARSE TAMBIEN SEA POR UN GRUPO ACTIVO A TRAVES DE UNA COPOLIMERIZACION, SEA POR REACCIONES DE INJERTO DURANTE UNA ULTIMA OPERACION DE POLIMERIZACION O DURANTE UNA OPERACION POSTERIOR DE TRATAMIENTO.
