Abstract

Un procedimiento para separar L-ascorbilo 2-monofosfato, a partir de una mezcla de los productos del desalado de la mezcla de productos obtenida a partir de la fosforilación, bajo condiciones básicas de una sal de ácido L-ascórbico, procedimiento éste el cual se caracteriza por hacer pasar una solución acuosa de la mezcla desalada que contiene, entre otros componentes, el Lascorbilo 2-monofosfato deseado, a través de una columna de una resina intercambiadora de iones, básica, la cual trae como resultado la adsorción de los componentes sobre la resina, desorbiendo, entre otros componentes adsorbidos, el citado Lascorbilo 2-monofosfato, de la resina, utilizando, como eluyente, una solución de hidróxido alcalino, y recogiendo del eluído la fracción que éste contiene, como su principal componente disuelto, el deseado L-ascorbilo 2-monofosfato, en la forma de su apropiada sal monometálica alcalina.
