Abstract
Aparato para la fabricación de revestimiento protector para electrodos de grafito, compuesto de un cuerpo (1) con paralelas de guía y un contrapunto fijo con husillo (3), un, contrapunto suelto (4) con husillo de cola (5) y un soporte deslizante longitudinal (6) con tornillo regulador (18), en el que, sobra el soporte deslizante longitudinal (6), están colocados varios soportes deslizantes transversales (7) sobre los cuales estan acoplados aparatos o mecanismos (8) para la limpieza de superficies de los electrodos de grafito, un cabezal para al tratamiento por arco eléctrico (9), una pistola de rociado de metal eléctrico (10), para aplicar aluminio rociando dicho metal en su estado licuado o fundido, un rociador (11) para aplicar una suspensión de substancias de aleación en polvo, un rociador (12) para aplicar una suspensión de grafito y un mecanismo de rectificado (13), poseyendo este aparato un motor principal con revoluciones constantes o fijas, que está acoplado o conectado rígidamente,cinemáticamente, de un modo conocido, por medio de dos cajas de engranaje (2 y 18) al, husillo (3) y al tornillo regulador (18) del soporte deslizante longitudinal (16), estando colocado el aparato completo en el interior de una cabina acústica reductora y absorbente de ruidos (22).
