Abstract

Un aparato y procedimiento en el que uno o más identificadores que están situados intrínsecamente - o colocados extrínsecamente - en un artículo o producto, tal como una alfombra, se verifican e identifican. Los identificadores se detectan mediante análisis de fluorescencia de rayos X para identificar o verificar el artículo o su punto de fabricación.
