Abstract

Aparato para trasladar de manera continua y en orden secuencias de preformas (1) adaptadas para ser convertidas en recipientes acabados, comprendiendo el aparato al menos una cinta transportadora de bucle cerrado (2) que constituye un medio de guía para una cadena transportadora móvil de bucle cerrado, la cual está adaptada para ser accionada con un movimiento continuo y comprende una pluralidad de elementos de soporte y de transporte hacia delante (3, 3a) que pueden transportar preformas, una estación de carga (4) para cargar dichas preformas y una estación de descarga (5) adaptada para separar dichas preformas de dichos elementos, al menos una estación de termoacondicionamiento (6) situada entre dicha estación de carga y dicha estación de descarga para tratar las preformas a medida que éstas se transportan sobre dichos elementos, medios para hacer avanzar dichos elementos de soporte y de transporte haciadelante por dicha cinta de bucle cerrado, estando provistos dichos elementos de soporte y de transporte hacia delante de unos bloques recogedores correspondientes (7) para recoger, acomodar y liberar las preformas correspondientes, - estando dichas estaciones de carga y descarga dispuestas de manera que permiten la carga de preformas en los bloques recogedores y su descarga de ellos, en posición vertical con la parte del cuello de dichas preformas hacia arriba, - girando dichos elementos de soporte y de transporte hacia delante, a medida que se mueven entre dicha estación de carga y dicha estación de descarga, con lo cual, cuando se mueven atravesando dicha estación de termoacondicionamiento (6), las preformas correspondientes están colocadas verticalmente con la parte del cuello hacia abajo, caracterizado porque dicha cinta comprende: - dos tramos paralelos horizontales, preferiblemente rectos (11, 12) conectados entre si mediante un tramo curvo (13) dispuesto en el mismo plano horizontal y que conecta dos extremos correspondientes de dichos tramos paralelos, - dos tramos curvos (14, 15) que forman cada uno un ángulo de 180 situados en dos planos verticales, que son prolongación de dichos correspondientes tramos horizontales y preferiblemente rectos (11, 12), - al menos un tramo parcialmente curvo (16) situado en un plano horizontal que une los extremos (14a, 15a) de los dos tramos curvos mencionados (14, 15).
