Abstract
Un proceso para mejorar la resistencia en verde de polímeros de etileno/alfa-olefina/dieno que comprende: (A) seleccionar un polímero de etileno/alfa-olefina/dieno con una viscosidad Mooney ML1+4, medida según la norma ASTM D 1646 a 125°C, de hasta 80, y un porcentaje de gel ( % gel), medido según la norma ASTM D2756, procedimiento A, de hasta el 30 por ciento y (B) reticular parcialmente el polímero de etileno/alfa-olefina/dieno seleccionado en la etapa (A) para preparar un polímero modificado de etileno/alfa-olefina/dieno que satisfaga **(Fórmulas)** en las que MV es la viscosidad Mooney del polímero modificado, medida como se ha definido en la etapa (A). MS1 es la resistencia en estado fundido en centiNewton del polímero seleccionado en la etapa (A) cuando se formula según la norma ASTM D3568 n°2, MS2 es la resistencia en estado fundido en centiNewton del polímero modificado también cuando se formula según la norma ASTM D3568 n°2, y W es 0, 3.
