Abstract

Procedimiento para enriquecer una grasa vegetal con cualquier ingrediente de las aceitunas seleccionado del grupo de polifenoles o una mezcla de polifenoles, caracterizado porque las aceitunas, junto con el aceite vegetal -se almacenan en un recipiente de al menos 5 litros, -se dejan macerar en el aceite durante al menos un día, -finalmente se separan del aceite.
