Abstract

Un husillo de máquina para el alojamiento de herramientas o piezas de trabajo con un árbol de husillo central dividido en dos partes que con sus dos partes de árbol de husillo (1, 2, 21, 22, 41, 42) giratorias una con respecto a otra, pero axialmente indesplazables una con relación a otra, está alojado como una unidad, en ambos extremos del husillo, en una carcasa de husillo (4, 24, 44) resistente a la rotación, estando dispuestas coaxialmente las dos partes (1, 2, 21, 22, 41, 42) del árbol del husillo, estando apoyado el árbol del husillo como una unidad y pudiendo ser accionado un mecanismo de sujeción -suelta integrado (10, 30, 50) dependiente del cometido mediante un giro relativo de la primera parte (1, 21, 41) del árbol del husillo con un alojamiento de herramienta o pieza de trabajo contra la segunda parte (2, 22, 42) del árbol del husillo, estando asociado al husillo de la máquina al menos un accionamiento de husillo (1, 31, 51) regulado en posición angular y estando unida la segunda parte (2, 22, 42) del husillo con el accionamiento de husillo (11, 31, 51), y estando apoyada la primera parte (1, 21, 41) del árbol del husillo con el alojamiento de herramienta o pieza de trabajo en dos cojinetes dispuestos en la carcasa de husillo (4, 24, 44) resistente a la rotación y estando a su vez la segunda parte (2, 22, 42) del árbol del husillo apoyada sobre o en la primera parte (1, 21, 41) del árbol del husillo en forma indirecta y con disposición coaxial, caracterizado porque la unidad del árbol del husillo está montada en forma estable como un todo debido a que la primera parte (1, 21, 41) del árbol del husillo, en el lado del alojamiento de herramienta o de pieza de trabajo, está apoyada directamente en un primer cojinete (5, 25, 45) dispuesto en la carcasa (4, 24, 44) del husillo y con el extremo opuesto del árbol parcial está apoyada indirectamente en la segunda parte (2, 22, 42) del árbol del husillo, estando a su vez la segunda parte (2, 22, 42) del árbol del husillo apoyada directamente en la carcasa (4, 24, 44) del husillo solamente, con un segundo cojinete (6, 26, 46) y estando también soportada por la parte apoyada (1, 21, 41) del árbol, del husillo, para lo cual ésta penetra dentro de la parte (2, 22, 42) del árbol del husillo hasta el segundo cojinete (6, 26, 46) o se aproxima mucho a éste.
