Abstract

Se presenta una superaleación basada en níquel especialmente para las palas móviles y estacionarias monocristalinas de motores de turbina de gas de aviones y helicópteros. Se presenta una nueva superaleación con base de níquel que tiene contenidos específicos de renio y rutenio. Una superaleación basada en níquel tiene la composición (en porcentajes en peso) de entre un 3,5 y un 7,5% de Cr, entre 0 y un 1,5% de Mo, entre un 1,5 y un 5,5% de Re, entre un 0 y un 5,5% de Ru, entre un 3,5 y un 8,5% de W, entre un 5 y un 6,5% de Al, entre 0 y 2,5% de Ti, entre un 4,5 y un 9% de Ta, entre un 0,08 y un 0,12% de Hf, entre un 0,08 y un 0,12 de Si, el resto ser Ni e impurezas.
