Abstract
Un procedimiento para la fabricación de bandas de acero acabadas y laminadas en frío, con calibres de entre 0, 5 y 0, 1 mm y una anchura máxima de 2.000 mm para la preparación directa de productos finales, como piezas prensadas o embutidas, que incluye los siguientes pasos: - fundición para desbastes finos con un espesor de la barra que sale del molde de entre 90 y 50 mm. - reducción del espesor de la barra durante la solidificación hasta un mínimo de 30 mm; - reducción del espesor del desbaste directamente después de la solidificación conectada al proceso de fundición hasta un mínimo de 6 mm (etapa de desbastado), con un abombamiento simétrico central del 1, 0-1, 5%; - regulación y control de la temperatura del desbaste del laminado directamente después de la base de desbastado; - producción controlada de un producto laminado en fundición en lo que respecta a los parámetros de temperatura, espesor, anchura, abombamiento y planeidad; - laminado de acabado para obtener una banda laminada encaliente recristalizada, con un espesor de entre 1, 2 y 0, 6 mm, y un abombamiento del 1, 0-1, 5%; - proceso de decapado con el posterior laminado en frío para la producción de bandas de laminado en frío de un espesor entre 0, 5 y 0, 1 mm; - acabado en frío (laminado de endurecimiento), precedido por una gestión de la temperatura para el control de la estructura del material; caracterizado por - un prensado continuo de las piezas acabadas y listas para su uso con la devolución de las escorias derivadas del procedimiento al ciclo de fabricación de acero; y en el que la banda intermedia se lamina en caliente directamente en la fundición de acabado sin ningún paso intermedio a través de la caja de bobinas y la banda de laminado en caliente se envía directamente al decapador sin pasar por el bobinador descendente.
