Claims (2)
- 귀금속 장신구를 제작하기 위한 기본 귀금속판의 제조방법에 있어서,금을 녹인 후 금형틀(20)에 부어 귀금속판(10)을 가공하는 성형공정(S100)과;상기 성형된 귀금속판(10)을 로울러(30)로 압연하되, 압연된 귀금속판(10)의 두께는 최종 목적하는 수치의 2배 두께로 압연하도록 형성되는 제1압연공정(S200)과;상기 제1압연공정(S200)에 의해 강성이 높아진 귀금속판(10)은 양단부 측이 서로 마주보도록 굽히되, 상기 굽히는 단부는 부드러운 연성이 부가되도록 토치램프를 이용하여 풀림 처리하도록 형성되는 열처리공정(S300)과;상기 열처리공정(S300)에 의해 연성이 부가되어 굽혀진 단부를 기준으로 귀금속판(10)의 상,하판이 밀착되도록 접되, 상기 상,하판은 굽힌 단부로부터 길이방향측 비율이 3:4 가 되도록 형성되며, 상기 상,하판의 두께 합은 최종 목적하는 수치의 4배가 되도록 형성되는 한편 상,하로 접힌 귀금속판(10) 사이에는 수용성 압연유(40:Water Soluble Type)를 도포하도록 형성되는 압연유첨가공정(S400)과;상기 압연유(40)가 도포되어 접힌 귀금속판(10)을 최종 목적하는 수치의 2배 두께로 압연하여 서로 마주보는 귀금속판(10)의 상판과 하판 사이에 긁힘, 스크래치, 샌딩연마 중 일 질감이 형성되도록 압연되는 제2압연공정(S500)이;구성되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친표면을 갖는 귀금속판의 제조방법.
