Abstract

Los extremos interno y externo de cada panel frontal y posterior comprenden múltiples capas de material absorbente. Los núcleos absorbentes comprenden también una sección central hecha de material absorbente de fluidos con un primer y segundo extremos. El primer extremo de la sección central está en comunicación de fluido con el panel frontal por superposición del panel central intermedio de los extremos frontal interno y externo, y el segundo extremo está en comunicación de fluido con el panel posterior por superposición del panel posterior intermedio de los extremos posterior interno y externo. Un procedimiento de preparación de un núcleo absorbente conformado comprende las etapas de proporcionar al menos una banda rectilínea continua de un primer material absorbente con un eje longitudinal y un par de bordes laterales que definen una primera anchura. Se forma una banda rectilínea continua de un segundo material absorbente con un eje longitudinal y un par de bordes laterales que definen una segunda anchura mayor que la primera anchura del primer material absorbente, con zonas opuestas rebajadas generalmente curvas en los bordes laterales a intervalos espaciados a lo largo de la banda del segundo material absorbente. La banda del segundo material absorbente está cortada transversalmente a lo largo de una línea que atraviesa las zonas opuestas rebajadas generalmente curvas a intervalos espaciados para formar secciones con los extremos rebajados opuestos.
