Comprende: a)una cubierta exterior quetiene una porcion frontal del cuerpo y una porcion posterior del cuerpo conectada mediante una porcion de entrepierna; dichasporciones frontal y posterior conectadas forman una apertura para la cintura y dos aberturas para las piernas; y b) un compuesto de barrera absorbente asociadodentro de por lo menos dicha porcion de la entrepierna que tiene una capa impermeable al líquido, una capa permeable al líquido, y un nucleo absorbentegeneralmente rectangular con un borde de extremo frontal y un borde de extremo posterior situados entre dicha capa impermeable al líquido y la capa permeable;en la cual dicho nucleo absorbente está dispuesto dentro de dichas secciones de modo que el largo de dicho nucleo absorbente en la seccion posterior divididopor el largo de dicho nucleo absorbente en dicha seccion frontal; y dicha seccion central tiene menos de 0,155 y dicha longitud de dicho nucleo absorbente endicha seccion frontal es mayor que dicha longitud del nucleo absorbente en dicha seccion posterior.
