Abstract

Bombas movidas por fluido y aparato que emplea tales bombas constituyendo un sistema en el cual unos elementos móviles individuales actúan, cada uno, como bomba y como motor, con la presión de impulsión aplicada a una parte de cada elemento mientras que otra parte pone a presión el flujo bombeado. En la realización preferida, las bombas proporcionan el flujo de entrada a alta presión a la membrana semipermeable y funcionan movidas por los motores. Un motor funciona impulsado por el flujo de lavado que sale de la membrana, mientras que el otro es impulsado por el flujo de entrada de agua contaminada. Este flujo de entrada se proporciona a presión moderada, característicamente de 5 a 10 bares, mediante una bomba por separado, que puede ser de tipo tradicional.
