Abstract

Relé de protección electromecánico que comprende en una caja elementos térmicamente deformables en caso de sobreintensidad en líneas de corriente de potencia, contactos interruptores asociados con las líneas de potencia y susceptibles de poder accionarse mediante un mecanismo con órgano de mando que los elementos deformables pueden solicitar y que actúa sobre la lámina flexible prevista para curvarse (20) que se extiende según una directriz principal (X2), la lámina flexible presenta: - un pie (21) aplicado sobre un apoyo (17) de la caja, - una cabeza (22) que coopera con un elemento (18) de maniobra de los contactos, - una parte media (23) que forma una zona de aplicación (24a) para el órgano de mando, el pie (21) de la lámina se aplica sobre el apoyo (17) de la caja gracias a un soporte rígido (30), el soporte se fija en el pie y presenta un punto de apoyo pivotante (32), situado en el lado opuesto al órgano de mando con respecto a la lámina, mientras que un órgano de ajuste (34) solicita la lámina con el fin de ajustar la posición de su cabeza, caracterizado porque el pie (21) de la lámina flexible (20) presenta una prolongación (27) doblada para aplicarse elásticamente contra un asiento (36) de la caja con el fin de provocar una puesta en presión de la lámina sobre el apoyo (17).
