Abstract

Dispositivo para cargar películas en máquinas para envolver grupos de productos, dichas máquinas comprendiendo un bastidor (1) que soporta a una unidad (2) para preparar y alimentar la película (3) a ser envuelta alrededor del grupo de productos; la unidad (2) comprendiendo un carro (4) que soporta de manera giratoria una bobina (5) de película (3) que gira libremente alrededor de un eje vertical (Z), y al menos un par de rodillos motorizados (6 y 7) que giran alrededor de sus ejes (Z1, Z2), los cuales son paralelos al eje (Z) de la bobina (5), vinculados en ambos extremos al carro (4) e ideados para permitirle a la película (3), que posee una anchura (L) definida, moverse a lo largo de un recorrido de alimentación definido por una parte de sus superficies de contacto o laterales (6s, 7s), el dispositivo estando caracterizado por el hecho que entre el carro (4) y uno de los extremos (6a, 7a) de cada uno de los rodillos (6, 7) hay un área (H) para el paso libre de la película (3), definida por una extensión de cada rodillo (6 y 7), la extensión siendo ahusada en relación con la circunferencia de los rodillos, permitiéndole a la película (3) pasar a través de la misma cuando presenta una configuración estrecha, con la forma de una lengüeta (C), y cuando un extremo libre (3a) de la película (3) es introducido y alimentado a lo largo de un recorrido (P) paralelo al recorrido de alimentación mencionado con anterioridad; el área (H) de paso libre comprendiendo medios (8) sobre los cuales la lengüeta (C) pueda deslizarse mientras se desenvuelve y los cuales guían a la lengüeta sobre las superficies de contacto y deslizamiento (6s, 7s) de los rodillos (6, 7).
