Abstract
Máquina para la fabricación de recipientes de material plástico que comprende un bastidor (1) que dispone a lo largo de un recorrido de transporte (20), de un dispositivo de calentamiento (10) por lo menos y de un dispositivo (12) para el moldeo por estirado y soplado, estando conformados los recipientes a partir de preformas (2) dispuestas sobre soportes (7), comprendiendo el dispositivo (12) para el moldeo por estirado y soplado de un elemento de soplado (54) conectado por medio de una electroválvula (60) a una fuente de un fluido a presión (58) y de una varilla de estirado (32) adaptada para poder ser desplazada por unos medios de accionamiento (69, 72) que comprenden un motor (72) conectado a una instalación de control (73) que comprende unos primeros medios de regulación (75) para programar y controlar el desplazamiento de la varilla de estirado (32) y unos segundos medios de regulación (76) para programar y controlar el incremento de presión (P) aplicado a las preformas (2), caracterizado porque la instalación de control (73) y sus primeros medios de regulación están dispuestos para llevar a cabo una primera operación de calibrado para determinar el recorrido máximo de la varilla de estirado (32) en función de la longitud de la cavidad del molde (46) utilizado, avanzando la varilla de estirado (32) hasta el fondo de la cavidad del molde y registrando en la memoria de la instalación de control el recorrido obtenido, disminuido en el espesor de la pared del fondo del recipiente, y llevar a cabo una segunda operación de calibrado para determinar el recorrido de posicionado antes del estirado de la varilla de estirado (32) en función de la longitud de la preforma, avanzando la varilla de estirado (32) hasta el fondo de la preforma y registrando en la memoria de la instalación de control un valor que depende del recorrido de posicionado y de las variaciones en la longitud de las preformas.
