Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para caracterizar muestras que contienen unidades, que incluyen los pasos de: a) observar las fluctuaciones de intensidad de la radiación emitida, dispersa y/o reflejada por la unidad en al menos un volumen de medida con al menos un medio de detección que sea capaz de detectar la radiación emitida, dispersa y/o reflejada por la citada unidad, b) determinar a partir de las citadas fluctuaciones de intensidad intermedias datos estadísticos que incluyen al menos funciones estadísticas conjuntas bidimensionales, y c) determinar la información relativa a las distribuciones conjuntas de unidades mediante los citados datos estadísticos intermedios.
