Abstract

Un sistema de comunicación bidireccional que utiliza una interfaz de aire CDMA entre una pluralidad de unidades de abonados que comunican con una estación de base, comprendiendo el sistema: una estación de base escalable configurada hasta un número máximo seleccionado n de unidades de estación de base modulares aplicadas para mantener la capacidad de comunicación en aumento basada en el número de unidades de estación de base modular, estando en comunicación cada unidad de estación de base con un número predefinido de unidades de abonado; transmitiendo cada unidad de estación de base una única señal de canal piloto global de CDMA única a un nivel de potencia completo para un intervalo de tiempo limitado discreto, cuyo intervalo de tiempo es distinto de los intervalos de tiempo de todas las unidades de estación de base en la configuración de estación de base escalable, y una pluralidad de unidades de abonado para comunicación de CDMA con la estación de base escalable, teniendo cada abonado medios para recibir de forma selectiva las señales de canal piloto global desde arriba hasta las unidades de estación de base modular n, de forma que la recepción de cada señal de canal piloto global está en un intervalo de tiempo discreto sincronizado con el intervalo de tiempo de transmisión del nivel de potencia completa de la señal de canal piloto global respectiva, cuyo intervalo de tiempo es distinto de la recepción de todos los intervalos de tiempo de transmisión de las señales de canal piloto global.
