Abstract

Depósito de combustible moldeado por soplado para un automóvil en el que el depósito de combustible (10) comprende un tanque y un escudo térmico (20), en el que el tanque presenta una pared (12), la cual está realizada en un plástico polímero, termoconformable, adecuado para el moldeo por soplado, y el escudo térmico (20) está montado en el lado exterior de la pared (12), caracterizado porque el escudo térmico (20) está preformado de tal manera que éste presenta un gran número de perforaciones (24), cuyas perforaciones (24) presentan, en el lado vuelto hacia la pared del tanque (12), resaltes (26) de tipo garra, a través de los cuales se extiende un pivote (28) hecho del material que forma la pared del tanque (12), el cual pivote (28) agarra por detrás dichos resaltes (26) de tipo garra y en el que estos resaltes de tipo garra están empotrados de tal manera en este material que el escudo térmico (20) está conectado en unión positiva con dicho tanque.
