Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento térmico de material de carga de partida que contiene componentes combustibles volátiles, con un contenido de agua de hasta el 20 % en peso, en el que se mezcla el material de carga de partida en un reactor de pirólisis (1) con materiales sólidos en grano a alta temperatura, que llegan desde un silo colector (22) a temperaturas de entre 700 y 1.100 C, se extraen (9) desde la parte superior del reactor gases y vapores y se realiza en el reactor una mezcla de los materiales sólidos, que es evacuada (6) desde el reactor, calentándose por lo menos una parte de ellos (20, 21) fuera del reactor y reconduciéndolos otra vez (3) a través del silo colector hasta el reactor de pirólisis, teniendo el reactor en la parte superior una zona de corrimiento (1a) del material y un lecho deslizante o lecho fluidizado (4)debajo dela zona de corrimiento del material con temperaturas de entre 650 y 1.000 C, conduciéndose luego los materiales sólidos en grano a alta temperatura yel material de carga de partida, por lo menos en parte, conjuntamente hacia abajo a través de la zona de corrimiento del material hasta el lecho deslizante o lecho fluidizado e introduciendo los materiales sólidos en grano a alta temperatura en la parte superior de la zona de corrimiento del material, caracterizado porque el material de carga de partida se introduce (2a, 1b) en la parte central o en la parte inferior de la zona de corrimiento del material y porque los gases y vapores procedentes del lecho deslizante o lecho fluidizado son conducidos hacia arriba a contracorriente respecto a los materiales sólidos a alta temperatura a través de la zona de corrimiento del material, hasta llegar a la parte superior de la zona de corrimiento del material, antes de ser extraídos (9) del reactor.
