Abstract

Aparato filtrador de disco giratorio, particularmente para filtrar líquidos conteniendo partículas sólidas en suspensión, comprendiendo: una vasija (2) que define una superficie interior (13) por lo menos un orificio de entrada (23) para el líquido que se va a filtrar y por lo menos un oricio de salida (31) para el líquido filtrado por lo menos un par de discos filtradores (5) de configuración substancialmente plana, coaxialmente montados y axialmente separados, giratoriamente sostenidos en dicha vasija, y cada disco (5) estando provisto de una parte periférica (8) que colabora con por lo menos una parte de dicha superficie interior de la vasija (13) de tal manera que delimita la respectiva cámara de filtrado (14) caracterizado porque cada uno de dichos discos filtradores (5) está periféricamente sostenido internamente en dicha vasija (2), cada disco (5) comprendiendo un marco anular (7) provisto de por lo menos una superficie filtradora (10) jada a dicho marco (7), capaz de cubrir completay continuamente el área definida interiormente en dicho marco, dicha vasija provista de una cubierta (3) que cierra el lado superior de la misma, estando provisto para cada disco filtrador (5) por lo menos un piñón superior (20) que colabora con una parte periférica exterior del respectivo marco anular (7), todos dichos pinones superiores (20) estando fijados en un árbol de accionamiento (21) montado sobre cojinetes en dicha cubierta (3).
