Abstract
Un intercambiador de calor gas-líquido, que comprende: - una pluralidad de conductos tubulares (2) sustancialmente rectilíneos constituidos esencialmente por partes sucesivas de un solo conducto (8) conectadas entre sí mediante unos codos (9) de conexión conformados integralmente en el conducto (8); teniendo dichos conductos tubulares (2) un eje longitudinal (x-x) extendido a lo largo de una primera dirección predeterminada en la que un paso de flujo (3) está definido para la circulación del líquido en el intercambiador (1); - una pluralidad de aletas (4), sustancialmente paralelas entre sí, montadas en forma empaquetada sobre dichos conductos tubulares (2) y que comprenden un cuerpo con forma de placa provisto con al menos un asiento (12) con forma sustancialmente en U, que comprende: i) una primera parte (12a) que tiene una forma sustancialmente complementaria con la forma de los conductos tubulares (2) y diseñada para alojar dichos conductos tubulares (2), y ii) una segunda parte (12b) abierta corriente abajo de los conductos tubulares (2) con respecto a un ujo de gas que cruza, en uso, el intercambiador de calor, estando definida dicha segunda parte (12b) entre ramas opuestas de un asiento (12) con forma sustancialmente en U; definiendo dichas aletas (4) una pluralidad de pasos de gas (5) que permiten, en uso, que dicho gas fluya a lo largo de una segunda dirección (y-y) sustancialmente perpendicular al eje longitudinal (x-x) de los conductos tubulares (2); en el que dichas aletas (4) están conectadas lateralmente entre sí en la parte segunda (12b) de dicho asiento (12) para obtener una pared de cierre sustancialmente continua capaz de evitar que el gas pase al interior de dicha segunda parte (12b).
