Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA PLANTA PARA LA FABRICACION DE CLINKER. LA PLANTA COMPRENDE UN PRECALENTADOR, UN CALCINADOR EN EL CUAL LA MATERIA PRIMA SE CALCINA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE MAS DE 800 (GRADOS) C Y DONDE EL COMBUSTIBLE Y EL GAS QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO SE INTRODUCEN EN LA ZONA MAS BAJA DEL CALCINADOR Y UN HORNO DE CALCINACION. EL OBJETO DE LA INVENCION ES PROPORCIONAR UNA PLANTA PARA LA FABRICACION DE CEMENTO EN LA CUAL ES POSIBLE QUEMAR COMBUSTIBLE GRUMOSO EN UN CALCINADOR, A LA VEZ QUE SE MANTIENE SIMULTANEAMENTE LA POSIBILIDAD DE AUMENTAR EL TIEMPO DE RETENCION Y POSIBLEMENTE LA TEMPERATURA DEL MATERIAL QUE VA A SER INTRODUCIDO EN LA ZONA MAS BAJA DEL CALCINADOR. ESTE OBJETO SE CONSIGUE SEGUN LA INVENCION PORQUE EL CALCINADOR ESTA PROVISTO DE UN FONDO FIJO (27) QUE PERMITE AL MATERIAL COMBUSTIBLE QUE ENTRA EN EL CALCINADOR DEPOSITARSE EN EL FONDO Y PORQUE EL GAS QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO ENTRA HORIZONTALMENTE EN EL CALCINADOR A TRAVES DE ABERTURAS EN LA ZONA MAS BAJA DEL CALCINADOR. EL HECHO DE QUE EL GAS QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO ENTRE HORIZONTALMENTE CONLLEVA QUE EL GAS SE INTRODUZCA A TRAVES DE LOS LATERALES/PAREDES VERTICALES DEL CALCINADOR Y NO A TRAVES DEL FONDO.
