Abstract

MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA USO DE COMBUSTìVEIS ALTERNATIVOS NA PRODUçãO DE CLìNQUER E CIMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para utilizar combustíveis alternativos na produção de clínquer ou cimento, os combustíveis alternativos são usados em reatores (4) para preaquecimento e/ou pré-calcinação de matéria-prima moída em um dispositivo de combustão (17) separado dos queimadores (12) do respectivo reator (4) e são queimados pelo menos parcialmente, após o que, caso necessário, uma combustão completa é realizada dentro dos reatores (4), com o oxigênio de combustão alimentado ao queimador (12) do reator (4) em excesso estequiométrico. O dispositivo para utilizar combustíveis alternativos na produção de clínquer ou cimento tem um forno de calcinação de clínquer (1) e um reator (4) com queimadores (12), para preaquecimento e calcinação de matéria-prima moída e com pelo menos um tubo (18), em cada caso, para ar ou oxigênio de combustão, está caracterizado pelo fato de que está previsto um dispositivo de combustão (17) separado, com um transportador para combustíveis alternativos, tal como, por exemplo, um propulsor ou transportador helicoidal (16) e que se abre dentro do respectivo reator (4).
