Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セメント原材料の粉体が800℃以上の温度にてか焼され、燃料及び酸素を 含んだ気体が該か焼装置の最下方領域に供給されるプレヒータと、 原材料の粉体が燃焼され且つクリンカに変換されるキルンとを備える、セメン トクリンカの製造プラントにおいて、 該か焼装置(2)の下端には、固定された底部(27)が設けられ、酸素を含 んだ気体が水平方向に最下方領域(23)に供給され、 より少量の制御された量の未か焼の原材料の粉体をか焼装置内の最下方領域( 23)に供給することができるようにしたことを特徴とする、セメントクリンカ の製造プラント。 2.請求項1、2又は3に記載のプラントにおいて、 か焼装置(2)内の最下方領域(23)の温度がか焼装置の上方領域の温度よ りも高温であることを特徴とするプラント。 3.請求項1又は2に記載のプラントにおいて、 か焼装置(2)内の最下方領域(23)の温度が1000℃以上であることを特徴 とするプラント。 4.請求項1又は2に記載のプラントにおいて、 か焼装置(2)内の最下方領域の温度が1100℃乃至1300℃の範囲に保たれるこ とを特徴とするプラント。 5.請求項1乃至4に記載のプラントにおいて、 酸素を含んだ気体が、か焼装置(2)の側部に形成された少なくとも2つの開 口部(20)を通じてか焼装置(2)の最下方領域(23)に供給されることを 特徴とするプラント。 6.請求項1乃至5に記載のプラントにおいて、 酸素を含んだ気体が、か焼装置(2)の側部に形成された少なくとも2つの開 口部(20)を通じてか焼装置(2)の最下方領域(23)に供給され、 該開口部が、最下方領域(23)の上方部分にて上方に流れる気体流に対して 正の速度プロファイルが保たれるように配置されることを特徴とするプラント。 7.請求項1乃至5に記載のプラントにおいて、 か焼装置の上方部分の内径が最下方領域の内径の1.5乃至2倍であることを特 徴とするプラント。
