Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de una impresión en una superficie de una hoja mediante medios de impresión excitables y una cinta de transferencia térmica que incluye una tinta que es transferible en una operación de transferencia de tinta en localizaciones específicas de dicha cinta de transferencia térmica calentando dichas localizaciones específicas a una temperatura elevada mediante dichos medios de impresión excitables que provoca que dicha tinta uya, que comprende las siguientes etapas: disponer dicha cinta de transferencia térmica en contacto facial con dicha superficie de dicha hoja, disponer dichos medios de impresión excitables en contacto con dicha cinta de transferencia térmica opuesta a dicha hoja, mover dicha hoja y dichos medios de impresión excitables con referencia uno del otro a una velocidad específica mientras se presionan a la vez dichos medios de impresión excitables y dicha hoja, de modo que se empareda dicha cinta de transferencia térmica entre los mismos en un estado forzado y mientras se excitan dichos medios de impresión excitables, y mover dicha cinta de transferencia térmica con referencia a dichos medios de impresión excitables a una velocidad reducida comparada con la velocidad específica de dicha hoja con referencia a los medios de impresión excitables citados, y consecuentemente mover dicha cinta de transferencia térmica con referencia a dicha hoja para provocar que la tinta de dicha cinta de transferencia térmica sea transferida en dichas localizaciones específicas a dicha hoja en áreas específicas de la misma que constituyen dicha impresión, de modo que se transfiere la tinta de dicha cinta de transferencia térmica en dichas localizaciones específicas sobre dicha hoja a través del movimiento de dicha cinta de transferencia térmica con referencia a dicha hoja.
