Abstract

Grapa de fijación para placas y procedimiento de fabricación de la misma. Está estructurado mediante la combinación de un cuerpo base (1), de naturaleza plástica, sustancialmente rígido, con el clásico cabezal (2) de acoplamiento a la placa a fijar, y el también clásico núcleo de bloqueo (4) elásticamente contraible, destinado a acoplarse en el orificio de la placa o chapa en funciones de soporte, y una valona (8) preferentemente de plástico flexible o similar, en funciones de elemento de estanqueidad, establecido entre cabezal (2) y núcleo de bloqueo (4), con la especial particularidad de que el cuerpo base (1) incorpora en la zona externa de su cabezal (2) un acceso axial (9) con canalizaciones (10) que se acodan hacia afuera y se abran hacia una garganta perimetral (7) existente en la zona de implantación de la valona (8), todo ello de forma que primero se inyecta el cuerpo base (1), en el molde correspondiente, y a continuación se obtiene la valona, en una operación de sobremoldeo, en un segundo molde en el que participa el cuerpo base (1) previamente obtenido.
