Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENCION CONSISTE EN UNA INSTALACION DE VALORIZACION ENERGETICA DE RESIDUOS URBANOS Y SIMILARES, QUE COMPRENDE: - UN DISPOSITIVO DE TRITURACION DE RESIDUOS (1), QUE SELECCIONA UN PRIMER FLUJO DE MATERIAS INERTES POCO CONTAMINADAS CON MATERIAS ORGANICAS Y UN SEGUNDO FLUJO DE MATERIAS INERTES CONTAMINADAS CON MATERIAS ORGANICAS O ELEMENTOS PESADOS COMBUSTIBLES, QUE SE EVACUA POR UNA PRIMERA SALIDA (S1); - UN REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIFICADO CIRCULANTE (2), QUE RECIBE LOS RESIDUOS TRITURADOS; - UN AVENTADOR CENTRIFUGO (11) DE SEPARACION DE SOLIDOS, EN EL QUE SE INYECTAN LOS GASES QUE SALEN DEL REACTOR (2); - UNA CALDERA DE RECUPERACION (15) EN LA QUE SE EVACUAN LOS GASES PROCEDENTES DEL AVENTADOR CENTRIFUGO (11), EQUIPADA CON UN PRIMER CONJUNTO DE INTERCAMBIADORES DE CALOR (18) Y PROVISTA DE UNA TOLVA DE DESEMPOLVADURA POR LA QUE SE EVACUAN PARTICULAS SOLIDAS A TRAVES DE UNA SEGUNDA SALIDA (S2); - UN SEGUNDO CONJUNTO DE INTERCAMBIADORES DE CALOR (23) DISPUESTOS EN UNA CAMARA (22) ENLA QUE SE INYECTAN LOS GASES; - UN DISPOSITIVO DE TRATAMIENTO FINAL DE LOS GASES, DE DONDE SE EVACUAN LAS MATERIAS SOLIDAS RESULTANTES DEL TRATAMIENTO A TRAVES DE POR LO MENOS UNA TERCERA SALIDA (S3'', S3*).
