ES POSIBLE TRATAR QUIMICAMENTE UNA BIOMASA EN FORMA DE AGUA RESIDUAL CARGADA ORGANICAMENTE CON LODO Y ESTIERCOL DE ANIMALES DOMESTICOS, DE MODO QUE SEA POSIBLE SEPARAR LAS SUSTANCIAS FERTILIZANTES N, P Y K Y OBTENER UNA FRACCION DE AGUA QUE CUMPLA LAS EXIGENCIAS PARA DESCARGARSE DIRECTAMENTE A UN RECIPIENTE. ELLO SE OBTIENE TRATANDO BIOMASA FRESCA MECANICA Y/O QUIMICAMENTE, POR EJEMPLO POR PRECIPITACION SIMPLE Y DESCOMPOSICION ENZIMATICA DEL CONTENIDO DE FIBRA O MEDIANTE DESGASIFICACION DEL ESTIERCOL. SE PRECIPITA EL FOSFORO Y EL NITROGENO EN LA BIOMASA PRETRATADA AÑADIENDO AGENTES REACTIVOS QUIMICO. LOS AGENTE REACTIVOS SE HACEN REACCIONAR CON LOS COMPUESTOS DE NITROGENO Y LOS COMPUESTOS DE FOSFORO PRESENTES PARA FORMAR NUEVOS COMPUESTOS QUE PUEDAN PRECIPITAR. TODO CONTENIDO DE UREA SE PRECIPITA JUNTO CON EL NITROGENO Y FOSFORO. EL POTASIO TAMBIEN SE PRECIPITA JUNTO CON EL NITROGENO Y FOSFORO ANTES DE LA SEPARACION DE LA BIOMASA EN LA FRACCION LIQUIDA Y LA FRACCION FERTILIZANTE. LOS AGENTES REACTIVOS QUIMICOS COMPRENDEN IONES METALICOS Y ACIDOS INORGANICOS.
