Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para el tratamiento de purines, de forma que los residuos orgánicos del ganado porcino se tratan con objeto de transformarlos en fertilizante agrícola mediante un proceso de deshidratado, bien por medios naturales o mediante la aplicación de calor, que comprende las siguientes etapas: - aporte de elementos absorbentes, basados en tierras pobres, a los purines almacenados en balsas (1) - aporte de calor indirecto por generación eléctrica - absorción del nitrógeno volátil de las balsas (1) conduciéndolo a unos depósitos (8) con agua reutilización de las tierras pobres con residuos sólidos ligeramente húmedos de los purines y del agua nitrogenada como fertilizante agrícola.
