Abstract
PURPOSE: To treat sludge in a short time as well as utilize the treated sludge as fertilizers, etc., by adding oyster sheel powder, phosphorus, and active enzyme to clean water cake in sludge treatment process for waste water.
CONSTITUTION: Oyster shell powder or the like, phosphorus, and active enzyme are added to and mixed with clean water cake in an inorganic sludge treatment process for supply water, sewage, or industrial effluent for decomposition by fermentation, and then the cake is subjected to dehydrating process. By this method, the treatment of even heavy metals can be concurrently performed with saved energy. Also, the treated cake can be recycled to the ground in the form of fertilizer, etc.
