Abstract

Chapaleta para un canal de conducción de aire y procedimiento para su fabricación. Una chapaleta conocida está formada por dos mitades de chapaleta fijadas en contacto recíproco entre si, cada una de las cuales está conformada de un delgado metal ligero, mientras que según la invención, las dos mitades de la chapaleta están fabricadas de materia plástica y están unidas entre sí mediante una bisagra de lámina moldeada por inyección a lo largo de un borde lateral de las dos mitades de la chapaleta, para formar una sola pieza de moldeo por inyección, pudiéndose unir las dos mitades de la chapaleta mediante el doblado entre si alrededor de un eje de la bisagra de lámina y fijarse con la ayuda de elementos de fijación en esta posición doblada entre sí. El procedimiento para su fabricación consiste en un moldeo por inyección de una sola etapa mediante un molde común. Aplicable en instalaciones de calefacción y/o acondicionamiento de aire de automóviles.
