EL ACIDO NUCLEICO SE AISLA DE LA FASE ACUOSA. PREFERENTEMENTE LA SOLUCION COMBINADA RESULTANTE CONTIENE TAMBIEN BENTONITA, COMO SE DEFINE POSTERIORMENTE.
