Abstract

Circuito de interfaz de línea telefónica que se utiliza para terminales vocales y no vocales y procedimiento para el control del mismo. El circuito comprende un único marcador (360) , un puerto de comunicación (340) acoplado al terminal no vocal, y una unidad de control de interfaz de línea (370) para recibir información de marcación desde una entrada de matriz de teclado (250) en el terminal no vocal vía el puerto de comunicación (340) en un estado alimentado del terminal no vocal, la cual utiliza alimentación de corriente continua convertida desde una fuente de alimentación de corriente alterna deseada, y que transfiere la información de marcación al marcador. La unidad de control (370) sirve también para recibir directamente información de marcación desde la matriz de teclado (250) en un estado no alimentado del terminal no vocal y transferirla al marcador (360). También se proporciona un procedimiento para controlar el circuito para acoplar selectivamente un terminal no vocalóy un terminal vocal instalados ambos en un sistema de comunicación telefónica a una línea telefónica vía dicho circuito.
