PROCESO DE ANALISIS MACERAL DEL CARBON SOBRE UNA MUESTRA CONSTITUIDA POR CARBON TRITURADO SOBRE UNA MUESTRA CONSTITUIDA POR CARBON TRITURADO REVESTIDO CON RESINA EXPLORANDO LA SUPERFICIE DE LA MUESTRA MEDIANTE UN MICROSCOPIO Y MIDIENDO EL PODER REFLECTANTE DE LA VITRINITA, CARACTERIZADO POR LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: - PARA CADA CAMPO DEL MICROSCOPIO, SE REALIZA UNA IMAGEN DIGITALIZADA CON NIVELES DE GRIS. - SE ELIMINA POR IMPOSICION DE UMBRAL LOS CAMPOS DE FUERTE CONTENIDO EN RESINA; - PARA CADA CAMPO NO ELIMINADO; A) SE DETERMINAN LAS DISTRIBUCIONES DE LOS NIVELES DE GRIS Y LOS GRADIENTES; B) SE REALIZA UNA IMAGEN BINARIA POR IMPOSICION DE UMBRAL DE LOS GRADIENTES DE GRIS DE MANERA A DETERMINAR ZONAS DE VITRINITA, C) SE DETERMINA LA DISTRIBUCION DE LOS NIVELES DE GRIS O DENSITOMETRIA DE LAS ZONAS DE VITRINITA OBTENIDAS; Y C) SE CALCULA EL PODER REFLECTANTE DE LA VITRINITA.
